Your comment makes it sound as if this is startling news. If you handled any auto claims in California (among various other places), it shouldn\’t come as a big surprise that a chiropractor billed for services that were never done. My guess is that that is an attorney involved somewhere along the way as well, but it sounds like they didn\’t get him/her.
It\’s great to catch docs, lawyers and indivuduals involved in these schemes.
Now, if they could punish insurance companies and adjustors when they defraud an insyured preventing them from getting the benefits they are entitled to.
