The Los Angeles based office of Worldwide Facilities Inc., will be presenting a free educational seminar that discusses coverage and insurance issues relating to “tough” products liability accounts.
The event, is scheduled for July 18 and will be held at The Millennium Biltmore Hotel, 506 S. Grand Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90071.
A few of the issues to be discussed will include comparisons of occurrence form and claims made coverage; coverage triggers in both occurrence and claims made forms; endorsing additional Insured and vendors coverage, and handling hybrid situations like mergers, buy-sell and spin offs as they relate to insuring “tough” products liability accounts.
The seminar registration and a complimentary continental breakfast starts at 8 a.m. The actual seminar begins at 8:45 a.m.and ends at 12 p.m. Attendees who complete the entire course will earn three continuing education credit hours from the California Department of Insurance.
