It is no secret that the Applicants Attorney contingent will do whatever it takes to get back to Doctor shopping.Which was a cancer on our Comp system and almost killed it.

Any idea\’s State Farm Insurance Group of how that Auto Accident, by one of the insuranced driver\’s insurance carrier \”Mercury Insurance\” 1-13-98, could have been handled differently, if your association with the division of Health Net, worker\’s compensation carrier Cal-Comp Novato, Ca. would not have been your main concern.

    Ok, well until then,

Don\’t bust out your champaign yet!

Yep, the only group I see here that would benefit from all of these bills would the applicant attorney\’s.

\”Its no secret that doctor shopping almost killed the comp system.\”

Excuse me, but this type of thinking is what ruiened comp. Both sides are guilty of this.

So if you really want reform it has to come from both sides.

Some of the defense QME\’s and \”chosen\” PTP\’s are not much better than the \”doctor shopping.\” Its happening on both sides. This has been happening covertly as well on the insurance side prior to SB 899.

    It goes both ways.
