For the first time this year, Armstrong/Robitaille conducted an internal survey asking employees to nominate individuals who had demonstrated a willingness to work with their agency. Raymond R. Bowles, senior vice president and broker at Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers Inc. was selected as one of the excess and surplus line representative winners and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for “continuously providing outstanding service.”
According to Jill Stelmach, marketing executive Armstrong/Robitaille Business and Insurance Services, “The individuals selected were deemed to be very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile — to get the job done and solve the problem.” Twenty people were chosen from various positions such as claims representatives; commercial lines or workers’ compensation underwriters and excess and surplus lines representatives.
