General liability coverage is available for approximately 50 classes of contractors performing new residential construction, service & repair, or commercial construction. CG 2010 (11/85) additional insured endorsements are available for risks performing 100 percent commercial construction. Manifestation and sunset provisions are optional.
Limits are $1 million to $2 million. Minimum premium is $750. Commission is 15 percent. Carrier is rated “A” IX by A.M. Best.
Coverage is available in California, Oregon, Arizona and Neveda.
