Los Angeles-based E.L.M. Insurance Brokers Inc., which specializes in insurance professional liability and risk management, is offering all of its E.L.M. Insurance Broker errors and omissions clients 30 minutes of complimentary legal advice related to insurance needs. The offer is scheduled to begin Aug. 1, 2006.
According to Frederick J. Fisher, president and CEO, E.L.M. is seeking to enhance its partnership with and add value for its brokers. New brokers are welcome.
E&O clients will work with J. Ronald Ignatuk, partner in the law offices of Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP. Services provided are in the areas of E&O prevention, assistance in responding to department of insurance inquiries and corporate formation issues. Eligible agents and brokers can utilize the free service in 30-minute sessions, with a maximum of one hour per year.
Ignatuk is a partner with the law firm Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP where he maintains a litigation practice with a focus on insurance related issues.
