PGI Commercial has opened a branch office in Fullerton, Calif. Jill Bay, who until recently held a senior underwriting position in a nationwide insurance provider, has been appointed branch manager.
The new unit will underwrite PGIC habitational programs and a commercial package facility in that region. Richard Trezza, president of PGI Commercial, said: “Having a physical presence in California will allow us to better serve our West Coast customer base.”
PGIC is the U.S. program manager of Bermuda-based insurance distributor Primary Group Ltd.
