Employers Direct Insurance Co., a direct writer of California workers’ compensation insurance, has announced the launch of its new enhanced Web site developed for current and prospective customers. The new design at www.employersdirect.com was created to enhance navigation and content features for current policyholder customers, and also to educate prospective customers about the value of purchasing workers’ compensation insurance from a direct writer.
Future plans for Employers Direct Insurance Co. include the development of a comprehensive extranet for policyholders and partners. “Our strategy is to drive more capability online to make it even easier for policyholders to do business with us,” explained Greg Schueman, vice president and chief information officer.
