Property and casualty insurer Pacific Specialty Insurance Co., Menlo Park, Calif., is launching a new homeowners program in Arizona. Homeowners (HO-3), renters (HO-4) and unit-owners (HO-6) policies will now be offered, starting October 16.
This new homeowners market complements PSIC’s current dwelling fire and mobile home offerings, to complete a full suite of property products for Arizona.
Highlights of the new offerings include:
•Preferred Tier (includes Ordinance or Law, Coverage C replacement cost & increased sub-limits, and other optional coverages);
•Personal Liability to $500,000 ($300,000 HO-4);
•Dwelling values up to $700,000 new; $750,000 for renewals (for homes up to 75 years old);
•Transfer discounts available (including retirement community, gated community and many other discounts);
•Statewide availability;
•No photo requirements – all risks will be inspected by an independent inspection company;
•Deductibles from $500 to $5,000, with credits up to 30 percent;
•Risks with trampolines and swimming pool slides/diving boards accepted;
•3- and 5-pay direct bill payment plans (1/3 or 20 percent down) with installments billed directly to the client; and
•Multi-policy discount – 15 percent off with any other in-force PSIC policy
