Arrowhead Wholesale Insurance Services LLC (AWIS) and First Capital Group have merged to form First Capital-AWIS LLC, a subsidiary of AWIS, to better serve the companies’ client bases.
AWIS, headquartered in San Diego, is a program provider of workers compensation and other commercial lines. First Capital Group is a full service program manager with offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
