Lisa Ingoglia has been promoted to manager of California’s State Fund’s Claims Management Services. She brings 18 years of State Fund experience to her new post.
She started State Fund career in 1988 as a claims adjuster in the organization’s Cerritos District Office. She quickly excelled in claims and while still a rookie adjuster she won honors and was named the office’s “Top Finalizer” in 1990 and 1991. She was promoted to senior claims adjuster in 1993, and two years later she was named an assistant claims manager for the Cerritos District Office. That same year she transferred her skills to the Santa Ana District Office as assistant claims manager. In addition to her supervisory duties, she worked on revising the district’s Major Account Program and also worked as a broker representative.
