Abram Interstate Insurance Services Inc. in Rocklin, Calif., is announcing a new “A+” XII rated admitted employment practices liability carrier. The program provides coverage in California for workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment agreement, wrongful termination, violation of FMLA, invasion of privacy, and failure to create or enforce adequate employment policies.
Liability limits start at $250,000 up to $5 million. Minimum premium is $1,500. Deductibles start at $5,000 up to $25,000. Non-cancelable except for nonpayment of premium.
