Portland, Ore.-based Independent Insurance Wholesalers Inc. announced it is procuring management liability insurance for private companies and not-for-profit risks in the Northwest. The firm is offering directors and officers, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability insurance on a monoline or package basis for risks with $100 million or less in annual revenues and 1,500 or fewer employees.
Coverage is being written on an admitted basis and is underwritten by Darwin Professional Underwriters Inc. on Darwin National Assurance Co. paper, rater “A-.”
