The beauty (if that\’s what you want to call it) of being a personal injury attorney is to always be able to say your client was not telling you the truth either. Slippery professional liars….whoops, I meant to say lawyers!

Great news. This fraud has been going on for years. Happy that someone is going to jail. BUT, the article did not mention the attorneys that pressed the claims with the liability insurance carriers. Mercury Insurance knows who the attorneys are…perhaps the next story will be on the prosecution of one of these crooked lawyers?

The beauty of going after the little guy that steals less than 110,000 in a couple of years. Where was this outstanding task force when investigating Villaraigosa, the wall street and the California rings that have stolen billions from homebuyers, schools, the elderly, investors and the state of CA? I ment missused or wrongly invested money? i wish they were as effective in finding fault and prosecuting the politically connected but I guess that is just a wish.
