Millennium Corporate Solutions headquartered in Irvine, Calif., and Golden Pacific Insurance Services Inc. of Monrovia, Calif. have merged. According to Sergio D. Bechara, chairman of MCS, the GPIS office will be relocating its operations to a new MCS office in Glendale, Calif. Fritz Mutter, GPIS founder, has accepted the position of managing partner of MCS’ Los Angeles operation.
According to Steve Saporito, MCS COO, “the consolidation of its current Pasadena, Calif., employees and the GPIS Monrovia operation into the new Glendale location will help the company to reach its growth goals in the Los Angeles region.
Golden Pacific was founded in 1983 by Fritz Mutter to serve the commercial business needs of medium to large sized companies.
Millennium Corporate Solutions was founded in 1997 by Sergio D. Bechara with the intent of becoming one of the most significant privately held firms in the United States.
