Aon Construction Services Group has hired Lisa K. Crail as director, surety operations. In this role, Crail will be responsible for improving efficiency and reducing transaction costs related to surety and client fulfillment services in California and the Western Region. She will be based in Irvine, Calif.
Prior to joining Aon, Crail was employed with various engineering and construction firms.
