Sims Named Claims Manager for Calif. State Fund

Karen Sims has been promoted to claims manager for the California State Compensation Insurance Fund’s Fresno Claims Processing Center.

Sims was hired as an office assistant in the organization’s Fresno District Office in 1988. She followed this with a promotion as a representative assistant in the district underwriting department. In 1997, she became a claims adjuster. In 2003, Sims was appointed assistant claims manager for the Fresno Claims Processing Center.
