Flood & Peterson Insurance of Greeley, Colo., has added Rusty Lear, a 21-year veteran of the surety bonding industry, to its staff.
Lear, who has worked in Colorado for 15 years, previously worked for eight years as an executive construction surety underwriter, where he managed underwriting operations throughout the West. In addition to working in several underwriting and management positions during his career, Lear also has served as a panelist at key national and regional construction and surety industry events.
