Hub International Ltd. announced that Hub International Transportation Insurance Services Inc. (HUB Transportation) has acquired all of the assets of Billings, Mont.-based Lenhardt Insurance Agency Inc., an insurance broker specializing in commercial trucking insurance services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lenhardt was founded in 1963 by Mark’s father, John Lenhardt. Mark Lenhardt is an insurance veteran who has more than 25 years of industry experience.
Headquartered in Chicago, Hub International Ltd. is a North American insurance brokerage.
