Were is Willis Insurance when your public Storage unit is robbed?!
I am a victim along with at leat 100 others in a ring of robberies in Henderson, Nevada 2225 Green Valley Parkway.
I was robbed last month, I followed protocol and recieved a claim number.
I was told that I would recieve a property loss form in the mail in a matter of 1 week, it has been over 1 month. I have left at least 15 messages, and still to date have not recieved any call form my so called claims adjuster “Victoria”.
This is NOT the choice you want to make when looking for an Ins Co.!
Word speak in volumes and there are at least 100 of us. Class action is the only thing that comes to mind, along with bad press.
