C.V. Starr & Co. of California Offers Contractor’s Pollution Liability

C.V. Starr & Co. California, a subsidiary of C.V. Starr & Co. Inc., is offering contractor’s pollution liability insurance coverage on behalf of The Chubb Corp. C.V. Starr & Co. California will market and underwrite the coverage across its commercial and residential contractor’s book of business.

Scott McDougall, vice president of C.V. Starr & Co. California will serve as the environmental specialty leader and chief underwriter responsible for managing the Chubb program. McDougall has more than 20 years insurance and environmental industry experience. Prior to joining C.V. Starr & Co. California in November 2007, he held various management positions with several leading insurance carriers providing environmental liability coverage.
