Burns & Wilcox has named Marcia Wable a commercial lines underwriter in the company’s Fresno, Calif., office. Wable will work with Fresno’s staff of seven brokers and underwriters to help grow the company’s excess and surplus business.
Most recently, Wable was an underwriter at Colemont Insurance Brokers, where she was responsible for building and maintaining business with various insurance carriers. Previous to that position, she was a relationship specialist at Aon and was responsible for assisting clients in the agricultural and food industry sectors. She has more than 30 years of experience.
