Employers Holdings Files Definitive Proxy Statement

Reno, Nev.-based Employers Holdings Inc. filed a definitive proxy statement with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing provides official notification to company’s shareholders of matters to be brought to a vote before them at the annual meeting, which is scheduled for May 29, 2008.
