Socius Insurance Services Inc., a San Francisco-based management liability and property/casualty insurance wholesaler, appointed Gus Constantinou assistant vice president in its Sacramento office, and Hal Thompson assistant vice president in its Los Angeles office.
Constantinou is charged with new business development responsibilities in the Sacramento area in property/casualty, specifically hard-to-place risks, contractors and product liability. He has worked in the P/Cfield since 1987. Most recently, he was a producer at Colemont Insurance Brokers in Sacramento.
Thompson is charged with new business development responsibilities in Southern California for P/C risks primarily within the construction industry. He has focused professionally in construction insurance since 2003. Most recently, he was at International E&S Wholesale Brokers, also focusing on construction business.
