David Wiley has been promoted to assistant manager for California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund’s Customer Service Center, in Fairfield.
Wiley joined the organization’s Oakland District Office when he was hired as an underwriter in 2001. He also served as the district’s fraud liaison and represented State Fund as a recruiter at job fairs. In 2004, he relocated to corporate headquarters in San Francisco when he became assistant premium billing manager for insurance services. In this assignment he helped implement new organizational structures for the department that streamlined production, inventory and workload. He served as fraud liaison and chair of his department’s safety community.
