WKF&C Agency Inc. has added a new, nonadmitted insurance market rated “A-,” VIII by A.M. Best for package programs in Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
Eligible classes include apartment buildings, habitational condominiums, co-op apartments, mercantile, office buildings and mixed habitational and mercantile. Vacancy rate cannot exceed 25 percent. Minimum package premium is $2,500. Property coverage is available for risks located in protection class 1-8. There is a five story height limitation. Maximum TIV is $10 million. General liability limits include $1 million per occurrence, $2 million general aggregate limits with $2 million products – completed aggregate limit. Medical payments of $5,000 per person is included. Mold, lead, asbestos, pollution, earthquake, flood and terrorism coverage, where allowable by law, is excluded.
The program is available in Washington, Oregon and Alaska and will be available in other states soon.
