Union General Insurance Services Inc. of Concord, Calif., has a high-valued homeowners program. Standard and nonstandard HO-3, HO-8 (limited homeowners), HO-4 (tenant packages), DP-1 and DP-3 programs are available and are underwritten by “A” rated admitted and nonadmitted carriers. A special homeowner’s program is also available to write package policies for high-valued homes. In addition, coverages for vacant homes, renovations, and seasonal homes are available. Programs are flexible to handle tougher to place risks due to prior loss history, higher protection classes 9 and 10, and/or proximity to unusual hazards.
