Encino, Calif.-based NAS Insurance Services has promoted Allison Hayase to senior underwriter for the company’s Healthcare and Social Services facility.
For the past five years, Hayase has underwritten individual risks for NAS’ medical professional liability (miscellaneous medical malpractice and nonstandard physicians medical malpractice), social services and excess programs. She is also product specialist for NAS’ MedDefense Plus, HIPAA Protector and abuse/molestation products. Prior to underwriting, her career at NAS began nine years ago, when she joined the claims department.
