American Summit Insurance Co. of Waco, Texas, has introduced its residential property insurance program, Home Choice, in Arizona.
The program features four packages of coverage: basic, value, ultra and special, plus several optional coverages. Discounts include retirement community, gated community, transfer (from another qualifying program), multi-policies with the same independent agent, roof replacement, age of home and preferred home credit (most homes valued over $200,000 with no prior losses).
There is no credit check, inspection fee, nor policy fee.
