Another group of brain dead politicians, probably on the payroll of a tow truck company. I wonder if they thought about the collateral damage that this ordance will cause? What happens win the people refuse to pay the excessive tow fee and allow the tow company to take the vehicles. Are they going to bail out the financial institutions that lose money because their loans are not paid and the vehicle is sold by the tow company.

Where are thes people coming from? Was there a socialist convention and nobody told me?

I disagree with C. I am required to pay uninsured motorist insurance for people that don’t have their own insurance. So really they are insured but by me. How about RADERFAN (Vanity plate.)that parks his truck on Aspen Ave. in Las Cruces. The license plate registration sticker is 2005. It is being driven every week. You can bet that it isn’t insured if it isn’t registered. I phoned the police twice —-nothing! I wrote to the vehicle registration —–nothing. I did my part and now I’m done. But really who was the state gum shoe that allowed the registration sticker be only in a white background year after year? A police officer cannot tell from his car seat if the year is current. How about a different colored background each year?
Oh but that’s right—that would make too much sense. Obviously New Mexico is not serious about registration and insurance on vehicles. They just add the expense on my insurance.

The cops are nerds they don’t know the laws, all they do is take your car.
