Yeah but, what about those who are legal and are getting paid above the table. You would think the report might have taken that into account. Either way, it is a pretty crappy system when their are so many without coverage. In the end, it costs us more due to the people of who have to let bad conditions get worse and end up in the hospital. Other countries laugh at us that we cannot get this right.
