Having dealt with mega companies in the past with “LOCAL INCs” as fronts who use mega liability pools to evade legitimate claims, I commend the little town of Bickleton. SOP when an ACCIDENT occurs is to deny, then defend to the limits of the LOCAL INC’s coverage, then bankrupt the domiciled corporation and low and behold the insurance pool has been mysteriously depleated of cash reserves to meet liablity thus putting the clean-up back on local taxpayers/victims.
