Why not mandate a reduction in physician fees and procedural cost controls for WC as a means to reduce cost in the system? Other states do so and it seems to work pretty well although medical providers don’t like it. Poizner needs to stop posturing and address real issues. The system needs hard work and help, not blame or platitudes.
