it does not matter about the 10 yr old in this case. it matter based on business. folks make a choice and those choices are not good. we all know that smoking can cause cancer. not everyone will get cancer from smoking but most do. the indians are going to find it hard to attack this case. if you think about it, the indians were smoking long before it was known to be bad for your health. i think this case should be tossed out or found for the defendant.
…good point but, there is a very clear warning label on all cigarette packs. Hopefully, that will contribute to the “merits” of the case. Whether cigies are addictive or not, people do have a choice in the end.

Hard to say without knowing the merits of the case. That’s why we have a court system.
