The University of Nevada, Las Vegas says it is developing a safety training program for construction workers with a $287,000 grant from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Officials say the program will be simulation-based, and be evaluated over two years starting this fall.
Officials say the program is open to all workers, but particularly focuses on Hispanic workers.
