A good first step would be to get these wetbacks to learn to understand and speak English. Now the government is going to pay to train them to take American jobs so they can send all their money back to Mexico and not support the local economy. This country is on a slippery slope. Why aren’t these people doing apprenticeships where the employer and or their union absorbs the cost of training them. Hell, let’s just tell them to stay home in their adobes and drink tequila and we’ll pay them anyway.
