Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Heffernan Insurance Brokers has hired Cecille Feliciano as vice president in its Los Angeles office. She will be focusing on employee benefits, new business development, and account management for employers in Southern California.
Feliciano brings 15 years of employee benefits industry experience to Heffernan. She has worked at both United Healthcare and Prudential Insurance, as well as several national brokerages.
