Zenith National Insurance Corp. plans to release fourth quarter and year end 2009 financial results on Jan. 28, 2010 at the end of its business day.
Also, the Woodland Hills, Calif.-based company announced that Judge Pamela Foust has joined the company.
Judge Foust has stepped off the bench after 25 years of service in California as a workers’ compensation Judge. She has written numerous articles on workers’ compensation issues and has been a frequent speaker on educational programs.
Jack Miller, executive vice president, said her skills will enhance the capabilities of the company’s claims legal team.
