Harvey has never been able to understand that strangling whole sections of the market eventually hurts the very people he suckers into glorifying him.

It’s amazing how self-serving, gad-fly leftists like him can remain in the public eye without eventually getting tarred & feathered by those able to see what he’s done in his time. However, Harvey’s remaining featherless illustrates how dumbed-down society has become.

Harvey’s story seems to be about forcing brokerage market insurers into direct sales by eliminating us brokers. In Harvey’s mind, that would force price down and service & availability up. Yeah, and pigs fly in Harvey’s world. Get a life Harvey.

Harvy of Consumers Watchdog must want to put brokers and agents out of business. He needs to get his head out of ‘where the sun don’t shine’.
    What a Great American!

Sounds like the Harvester is trying to prevent agents/brokers from collecting both. i.e. be paid with either commissions or a service fee – not both.

As I recall, there were some unscrupulous agencies that “specialized” in auto insurance that did both, and essentially gouged the client.
