Thomas has more than 12 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Before entering the benefits field, she worked in the property and casualty insurance business, consulting for small businesses. This multifaceted professional experience has equipped Thomas with a keen understanding of the emotional and financial concerns of small business owners.
