    Social networking is a big thing right now, even more important for businesses now to engage in than ever! I want a professional insurance provider, but I also want to know I can reach a person, a real person, on the other side of the phone or email. Being social lets me know someone is there, & in the case of Crescenta, let’s me know they’re a lot of fun & that they also care about the community! I like the YouTube videos they have where they poke fun at other companies in a clever way – it’s great to see something as serious as “insurance” engage in some fun!

    I agree, I’ve used this same office in Glendale for years & have never thought about switching. Why ruin a good thing? – Brett
