Equity Risk Partners Names Rayha-Teegarden Director of Marketing-P/C

Equity Risk Partners (ERP), an insurance brokerage and consulting firm focused on the needs of the private equity industry, has announced the addition of Rhonda Rayha-Teegarden as director of marketing – Property & Casualty. She will be based out of the San Francisco headquarters to lead the marketing team within the firm’s growing Property & Casualty practice, and will be responsible for managing client relationships and performing due diligence on new transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent eight years at Aon Risk Services, where she held a variety of positions that focused on account management, client service and training programs, and business development. Before her time at Aon, she spent seven years at Marsh, holding increasing management positions throughout her years of service at each company.
