Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter has has made three appointments to the Workers’ Compensation Cost Containment Board.
- Michael W. Mitchell of Windsor will serve a term expiring Dec. 13, 2011.
- Richard C. Zellen of Arvada will serve a term expiring Dec. 13, 2012
- Jerry L. Mosley of Golden, was reappointed to a term expiring Dec. 13, 2012
The seven-member board is responsible for promoting cost containment and risk management programs in the administration of Workers’ Compensation Programs. Appointments require Senate confirmation.
