U.S. Risk Insurance Group Inc. has named Julie Sylim a vice president and branch manager for the company’s Oakland, Calif., office.
Julie has mroe than 20 years of insurance experience, most recently in the wholesale arena. She most recently was the underwriting manager and vice president at Cambridge General Agency.
