San Francisco-based Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. has formed a new Private Client Personal Insurance Division to address the individual needs of executives and corporate officers. Diane Borden has been hired as private client executive to establish the personal insurance operation, focusing on a range of property and liability insurance services and solutions for the needs of high net-worth executives and their families – from high valued homes, art and jewelry as well as luxury autos and yachts.
Borden joins Woodruff-Sawyer with 30 years of industry experience, most recently as managing director with regional responsibilities for a large national broker.
Stan Loar, vice chairman, noted, “This division is a strategic addition to our current offerings. We want to continue to expand our risk management advice and capabilities to meet the individual needs of our current buyers.”
