The Insurance Women of Los Angeles has named Gail McKenzie its Confidence While Communicating (CWC) Speak-Off winner, followed by runner-up Darlene “Chris” Lipka.
McKenzie, who is a loan service specialist at the West Hills office of Bank of America, will go on to compete at the California Council Meeting in September.
Lipka worked as a claims system coordinator in Farmer’s Simi Valley office before she retired.
