Thea Fautenberry has joined Gallagher Benefit Services in Tacoma, Wash., as an employee benefits client consultant. Fautenberry brings more than 25 years of employee benefits and human resource experience to Gallagher, having worked in the employee benefits arena for a Fortune 100 company, benefits consulting firms, and a health insurance plan.
Fautenberry most recently worked for a local insurance brokerage as a senior account executive. Prior to that she worked at Weyerhaeuser in Federal Way, Wash., as a benefits manager and executive compensation manager.
