So this is news worthy? Thank God we are in “Good Hands” with Allstate telling us the increased likelihood of hitting the little Halloweenies we see in the streets? I’m sure that me hitting a ghost or goblin on Halloween has been greatly reduced thanks to this information. Hey Allstate, don’t forget to tell us that roads are more slippery when wet when the rainy season begins.

Yeah Larry, them damn stoners. Let’s not even mention the much more realistic possibility of drunk drivers guzzling that Spooky punch. Who associates pot with Halloween as opposed to treat or treaters and tricksters running through the streets?

the real research should be was the extra hits being done in the residential area? or was it going to the store or company costume party?

where were you scared at? it makes sense to a little bit, but many towns have a time frame of two hours that the little ones are getting that treat from a scary neighbor. i think good hands is just treating us to a scary delight with only 1/4 of the total process.

what is funny, they worry about the texting and walking — but what about those that listen to their tunes and walk? scary idea?
