Itasca, Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.announced it has acquired Tribeca Strategic Advisors LLC located in Mesa, Ariz. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1999, Tribeca is an alternative risk and captive consulting and management company providing captive management services to their small and middle-market, group and association clients throughout the United States. The company specializes in the design, implementation, licensure and management of captive insurance companies. Karl N. Huish and his associates will continue to operate in their Arizona location under the direction of David McManus, president of Artex Risk Solutions Inc., Gallagher’s captive management and alternative risk programs subsidiary.
