Cavignac & Associations Adds Soleno to Employee Benefits Department

San Diego-based risk management and insurance brokerage firm Cavignac & Associates has named Taylor Soleno an employee benefits account administrator. Soleno will provide administrative support to the agency’s Employee Benefits Department managers and service the day-to-day needs of the agency’s clients.

Soleno brings with her nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining Cavignac & Associates, she served as a group service representative for Health Net of California, where she was employed for three years. For two years prior, she was a bone stem case manager for DJO Inc. in Vista. Previously, she served two year as a coverage coordinator and another two years as a research analyst for Cigna in Visalia, Calif., where she was involved in the Pacific Northwest Reconciliation Project and facilitated payment of re-adjudicated claims for at-risk providers.
